Rose Tower is planned as a single residential tower with commercial showrooms at street level, the amenity deck above them and the apartments stacked over that. Putting retail on the ground floor is a deliberate choice for this location: the building sits on a highway rather than inside a walkable neighbourhood, so the shops, cafés and services that a resident would otherwise drive to are brought into the base of the tower itself. The pool, gym and landscaped areas then sit above the retail, away from the road.
Emirates City is one of Ajman's designated freehold districts, a cluster of mid rise and high rise residential towers along the E311 that was laid out specifically to sell apartments to expatriate buyers. GJ Properties has built across the emirate for more than a decade, and its Ajman portfolio includes Gulf Tower, Conqueror Tower, Nuaimia One Tower and Al Ameera Village among the completed projects, with Ajman Creek Towers, Ajman Pearl Tower, Sky Gardens Tower, Bluebell Residence and Kentia Residence in build. In Dubai the developer is behind The Biltmore Residences Sufouh, which sits at the opposite end of its range.
