Sea View Residence at Dubai Islands - Master Plan

Sea View Residence is located on Island A of the Dubai Island, a key part of the archipelago’s luxury waterfront master plan. Dubai Island is conceptualized to be a leisure-oriented, mixed-use development that consists of low-rise residential, hospitality and cultural establishments. The master plan combines broad promenades and green open spaces, shopping and dining areas and direct beach access. Island A, in particular, is intended to be a peaceful, yet highly connected residential cluster, with uninterrupted views of the water and easy access to the mainland through Infinity Bridge.
