Perla Prime - Master Plan

The perla prime master plan is community oriented. The project will be a development of 2 mid-rise towers resting on a common podium of landscaped, recreation, and a central pool deck. There are commercial and retail areas in the podium providing day to day conveniences and open green zones to improve the environment overall.

This master plan has been designed for walkability, the master plan integrates pedestrian-friendly pathways, common areas, and clear visual links to the waterfront have been included.

In the master plan, there are:

1. Each unit has the sea view
2. Balconies/ Terraces per to unit plan
3. Cabinets and counter tops
4. Completely tiled bathrooms, en-suites and guest loos wherever possible
5. Double-glazed windows
6. High speed access via satellite master antenna and fibre optic connection to the internet.
7. Central air conditioning
8. Mirrors and vanity units
9. Each bathroom has shower with handle and bathtub walk-in shower
10. In-built wardrobes in the bedrooms
