Capital Horizon Terraces - Master Plan

Dubai Islands is a flagship waterfront project developed by Nakheel, which is to become a lively community consisting of luxury hotels, resorts, residential units, retail locations, and entertainment zones. The master plan envisions multiple hotels and resorts in addition to improved infrastructure, marinas, and expansive public spaces to make the place a major leisure and residential destination by 2030.
