Aqua Maya - Master Plan

The master plan integrates open spaces and amenity spaces in a unified coastal community:

1. On a landscaped podium, there are two towers that link facilities and green areas.
2. The podium level uses common facilities, terraces and gardens.
3. Parking is mostly underground and outer areas are used for landscaping.
4. The circulation is designed in such a way to promote walking paths, visual corridors toward the sea, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor areas
5. The site is designed to balance privacy with social interaction

This design guarantees benefit from generous open spaces, the unobstructed view and the unhindered access to all parts of the development.
